FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN MEXICAN SPRINGS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    two million eight hundred fifty thousand dollars
          ($2,850,000) to plan, design or construct the Deer
          Springs road near Mexican Springs in McKinley county.
