SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 359 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR ROAD AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS IN CRYSTAL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to plan, design or construct an access road and parking lot at Crystal in San Juan county.
