FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE VALDES MUTUAL DOMESTIC
WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to design, construct
          and inspect water system improvements for the Valdes
          mutual domestic water consumers association in Taos
          county.
