TO RENOVATE THE SHIPROCK INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES HOSPITAL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate the former Shiprock
          Indian health service hospital for a residential substance abuse treatment center.
