COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    five million one hundred thirty-nine thousand dollars
          ($5,139,000) to plan, design or construct N9652, the
          Naschitti to White Rock road, in San Juan county.
