FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN TWIN LAKES IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    two million four hundred fifty-three thousand five
          hundred dollars ($2,453,500) to plan, design or
          construct N9659, the Twin Lakes east road, in McKinley
          county.
