FOR SUNLAND PARK STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for street
          improvements, including lighting, in Sunland Park in
          Dona Ana county.
