FOR A NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR THE SOCORRO CONSOLIDATED SCHOOLS.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

                    three million four hundred thousand dollars
          ($3,400,000) to design, construct, furnish and equip a
          new elementary school for the Socorro consolidated
          schools in Socorro county.
