FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR THE ARTESIA PUBLIC
SCHOOLS IN EDDY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and
          install educational technology equipment for various
          Artesia public schools in Eddy county.
