SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 398 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY ROD ADAIR FOR A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for repairs, improvements and additions to the Roswell museum and art center for phase two of the south entrance pavilion project in Roswell in Chaves county.
