FOR A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
     
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for road and
          drainage improvements consistent with the Atkinson
          avenue and Mescalero road storm drainage project in
          Roswell in Chaves county.
