TO COMPLETE THE RENOVATION OF THE BRANIGAN MUSEUM OF FINE ART IN LAS
CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the office of cultural affairs:

                    six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) for
          completing the renovation of the Branigan museum of fine
          art in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
