FOR A DROP-IN CHILD-CARE ADDITION TO THE CHILD AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT
CENTER AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN FARMINGTON IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the governing board of San Juan college:
     
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design, construct and equip
          classrooms and office space for a drop-in child-care addition to the child and
          family development center at San Juan college in Farmington in San Juan county.
