FOR THE PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL IN
WESTGATE HEIGHTS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the plan, design
          and construction of a swimming pool in Westgate Heights
          in Bernalillo county.
