FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 14 IN THE CITY
OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state agency on aging:

                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for renovation
          and expansion of the Rio Bravo mealsite; 

                    to the local government division of the department of

          finance and administration:

          A.  one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for
playground redevelopment at the Rio Bravo, Westside, Los Padillas
and Atrisco community centers in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          B.  one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) for
renovation of the South Valley pool in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          C.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to remodel
the old Westside community center building in Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          D.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
acquire land for a neighborhood park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          E.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to
construct an outdoor stage shelter at the Westside community
center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          F.  one million four hundred thousand dollars
($1,400,000) to plan, design, develop and construct a Route 66

auto park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          G.  five hundred sixty thousand dollars ($560,000) to
plan and construct a teen activity center at the Westside
community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
          
          H.  five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for
renovation of the Sanchez farm in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          I.  seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for
development of the Tom Tenorio park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          J.  one million five hundred thousand dollars
($1,500,000) to plan, design and construct the Mesa del Sol
regional complex in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          K.  four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for
design and construction of a well and field irrigation system and
for access way enhancements for the Mesa del Sol regional complex
in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          L.  two million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars
($2,750,000) to acquire land for and develop a county golf course

in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

          A.  thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) for asphalt
pavement for Arrington road in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          B.  twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) for asphalt
pavement for Sanchez road in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          C.  fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for asphalt
pavement for Paseo Alegre drive in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          D.  thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) for asphalt
pavement for Jerry circle in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          E.  sixteen thousand five hundred dollars ($16,500) for
asphalt pavement for Salida Sandia in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          F.  thirty-eight thousand five hundred dollars

($38,500) for asphalt pavement for Vidal road in the city of
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          G.  twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) for asphalt
pavement for Sefton road in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          H.  sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) for asphalt
pavement for Cristobal road in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          I.  sixteen thousand five hundred dollars ($16,500) for
asphalt pavement for Paseo del Rio in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          J.  eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) for asphalt
pavement for Paseo del Banco in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          K.  eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) for asphalt
pavement for Jerry place in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county;

          L.  sixteen thousand five hundred dollars ($16,500) for
asphalt pavement for Sol de Sandia place in the city of

          M.  eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) for asphalt
pavement for Paseo Bueno court in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          N.  eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) for asphalt
pavement for Oja de Arbola court in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          O.  three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars
($375,000) for installation of school flashing beacons throughout
the south valley in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          P.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for construction
of the Kinneybrick sanitary sewer line in the city of Albuquerque
in Bernalillo county;

          Q.  one million four hundred thousand dollars
($1,400,000) for roadway and drainage improvements on Gun Club
road in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          R.  two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) for
paving of a gravel-surfaced road in the Padre Point subdivision
in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          S.  twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for paving
gravel surfaces on Sefton road in the city of Albuquerque in
Bernalillo county;

          T.  one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) to
construct a multi-use trail from the south diversion channel and
the Tijeras arroyo north to Rio Bravo boulevard in the city of
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          U.  five thousand dollars ($5,000) for improvements to
bridge no. 8664 in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          V.  six thousand dollars ($6,000) for maintenance and
improvements to the Woodward culvert in the city of Albuquerque
in Bernalillo county;

          W.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for flood
control improvements to carry out the south valley drainage plan
in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          X.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for
improvements to storm water pump stations in the city of
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          Y.  three hundred forty-two thousand dollars ($342,000)
to construct a multi-use trail west of the Rio Grande in the city
of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

          Z.  one million dollars ($1,000,000) for signalization
and alignment along Rio Bravo and Broadway boulevards in the city
of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          AA.  three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars
($375,000) to construct a multi-use trail from Rio Bravo to
Kirtland in the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
