SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 435 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MANNY M. ARAGON FOR DESIGN OF AN INTERCHANGE AT INTERSTATE 40 AND THE PASEO DEL VOLCAN IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design an interchange at the Paseo del Volcan and interstate 40 in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
