FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO MOUNTAIN VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
     
                    one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to make
          improvements to the Mountain View community center in
          Bernalillo county.
