REAUTHORIZATION; EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND
APPROPRIATION FOR A MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL FACILITY IN GRANTS
IN CIBOLA COUNTY.


     The balance of the general fund appropriation made pursuant
to Subsection RRRR of Section 24 of Chapter 222 of Laws 1995 to
plan and design a multipurpose recreational facility is
appropriated to the local government division of the department
of finance and administration and may be expended to construct,
equip and furnish a multipurpose recreational facility in Grants
in Cibola county.
