FOR A DAYCARE CENTER IN DULCE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) to purchase
          and install educational and maintenance equipment,
          furnishings and materials, including equipment for
          special needs children, for a child daycare center in
          Dulce in Rio Arriba county.
