  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 13, before "COVERAGE" insert "INSURANCE"
  and before "ENDOMETRIOSIS" insert "CERTAIN".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 14, strike "BY INSURANCE COMPANIES" and
  insert in lieu thereof "RELATED TO INFERTILITY".
  
      3.  On page 3, line 5, before "coverage" insert "insurance"
  and before "endometriosis" insert "certain".
  
      4.  On page 3, line 5, before "investigate" insert "and
  interested insurance providers be requested to".
      
      5.  On page 3, line 6, strike "by insurance companies" and
  insert in lieu thereof "related to infertility".,
  
  and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION
  COMMITTEE.
