0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR STATE

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred one thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($101,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the office of the governor for expenditure in fiscal year 1999
    |
0018|     to increase out-of-state travel.  Any unexpended or
    |
0019|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0020|     shall revert to the general fund.
