Wagner, who worked as a paramedic with | 0015| the legislative health services for many years, was tragically | 0016| and senselessly murdered on July 28, 1997; and | 0017| WHEREAS, at the Glorieta exit in Interstate 25 on her way | 0018| to work, Wendy needlessly lost her life as her pickup truck | 0019| was being stolen; and | 0020| WHEREAS, Wendy was a long-time paramedic with the Santa | 0021| Fe fire department and worked as a veterinary technician on | 0022| her days off; and | 0023| WHEREAS, Wendy served the legislature as a paramedic for | 0024| several sessions and was admired by everyone with whom she | 0025| came in contact. Her smile and upbeat attitude were |
