0001| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the commission on higher education be | 0002| requested to study the just cause and due process standards | 0003| for full-time faculty and support personnel at New Mexico's | 0004| institutions of higher learning; and | 0005| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the commission on higher | 0006| education report its findings and recommendations for | 0007| legislation to the legislative education study committee by | 0008| December 1, 1998; and | 0009| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this memorial be | 0010| transmitted to the commission on higher education and the | 0011| legislative education study committee. | 0012|  |
