0001| movement and unpredictability as "El Nino"; and | 0002| WHEREAS, Jerome is the only member of the legislative | 0003| staff to have had named after him a recurring atmospheric and | 0004| oceanographic disturbance of regular periodicity in the | 0005| southern Pacific latitudes; | 0006| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE | 0007| OF NEW MEXICO that the senate express its extreme gratitude | 0008| for and satisfaction with the invaluable services of Jerome | 0009| "El Nino" Vialpando in his assistance and dedication to the | 0010| legislative process; and | 0011| BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this memorial be | 0012| transmitted to Jerome "El Nino" Vialpando, his family and the | 0013| national weather service. | 0014|  |
