0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF WESTERN NEW

0012|     MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING THE NURSING

0013|     AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PROGRAMS AT THAT UNIVERSITY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0018|     of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of continuing the nursing and
    |
0020|     occupational therapy programs at that university.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
