APPROPRIATIONS.--One hundred twenty-three | 0016| thousand dollars ($123,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the New Mexico state police division of the department | 0018| of public safety for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the | 0019| crime stoppers program. Any unexpended or unencumbered | 0020| balance remaining at the end of the fiscal year 1999 shall | 0021| revert to the general fund. | 0022| Section 2.
