APPROPRIATION.--Five thousand four hundred | 0016| dollars ($5,400) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| fifth judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year | 0018| 1998 for judge pro tempore services rendered in fiscal year | 0019| 1997 in the State v. Lewis water adjudication suit. Any | 0020| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0021| fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund. | 0022| Section 2.
