0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR AN INTERTRIBAL

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of contracting for organizational
    |
0019|     services necessary to stage an intertribal ceremonial in
    |
0020|     Gallup located in McKinley county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
