APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty-five | 0016| thousand dollars ($185,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal | 0018| year 1999 for the purpose of purchasing and installing | 0019| playground equipment in the following amounts at the following | 0020| head start locations: | 0021| A. fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for Crystal | 0022| head start; | 0023| B. twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for Coalmine | 0024| head start; | 0025| C. fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for |
