HOUSE GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 33

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 14, strike "MAKING APPROPRIATIONS;".

2. On page 11, line 20, after the comma, insert "review".

3. On page 11, line 21, after the second occurrence of "and" insert "oversee".

4. On page 12, strike Section 12 in its entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
