has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, strike line 21 in its entirety.

2. On page 1, line 22, strike "by" and insert in lieu thereof "If".

3. On page 1, line 23, strike the first occurrence of "of" and insert in lieu thereof "approves".

4. On page 1, line 23, strike the period and "Expenditure" and insert in lieu thereof ", then expenditure",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
