DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 23, strike "department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "office of the state engineer".

2. On page 5, line 25, strike "department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "office of the state engineer".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
