HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 157

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, before the closing quotation mark, insert "No additional full-time equivalent positions at any school, school district, state agency or state institution shall be authorized nor shall any existing full-time equivalent positions be redirected to comply with any work requirements generated by this act.".
