MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY FOR CORRALES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-seven thousand dollars ($87,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of networking the new classroom wing at Corrales elementary school to provide access to educational technology. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
