has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 13 through 15, strike the brackets and line-through.

2. On page 2, line 15, after "created" insert ", except that a member of the governing body may be appointed to one of the five memberships on the housing authority for the purpose of advising the authority and the governing body on housing policy".,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
