2. House Education Committee Amendment 25 be DISAPPROVED.

3. All senate education committee amendments be APPROVED.

4. Senate Floor Amendment 1 be APPROVED.

and that the bill be amended further as follows:

6. On page 7, strike lines 23 through 25 and strike pages 8 through 13.
