has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 9, line 15, strike "or attempt to" and on page

9, line 16 strike "practice veterinary medicine".

2. On page 10, line 5, strike "shall" and insert in lieu

thereof "may".
