Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 640

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 24, strike the word "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "should".

2. On page 3, line 6, strike "host center and" and insert in lieu thereof "primary".

3. On page 3, line 14, strike "Article" and insert in lieu thereof "Articles 6 and".

4. On page 5, line 4, after the word "towers", insert

", bandwidth".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
