Your CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 1, strike "eleven" and insert "fifteen".

2. On page 3, line 15, strike "and".

3. On page 3, between lines 15 and 16, insert:

"G. four members who have knowledge of the rural health care delivery system, designated by a statewide association of rural primary health care providers, one to represent each of the four geographic quadrants of the state; and".

4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
