AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES

DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE CHILD-CARE SERVICES IN THE CANJILON AREA

IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-five thousand dollars

($55,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the

children, youth and families department for expenditure in

fiscal year 2000 to contract for child daycare and after-

school care services in the Canjilon area in Rio Arriba

county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at

the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
