AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A GENERAL LAND SURVEY WITHIN THE PUEBLO OF SAN ILDEFONSO'S EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to fund a general land survey within the pueblo of San Ildefonso's exterior boundaries. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
