has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 1, line 19, strike "year" and insert "years" and after "2000" insert "and 2001".



2. On page 1, line 24, after the period insert "Vegetation management includes thinning, prescribed burns and reseeding native grasses in pinon-juniper and alpine woodlands. The soil and water conservation commission shall submit progress reports to the legislature every six months during the course of the program and annually for five years following the completion of the program.".



3. On page 1, line 25, strike "2000" and insert "2002".,



and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
