AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO COMPLETE A FEASIBILITY STUDY TO DETERMINE THE COSTS AND MOST REASONABLE METHOD OF PROVIDING NATURAL GAS IN AND AROUND THE REGION OF THE COMMUNITIES OF ENCINAL AND PAGUATE AT THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of completing a feasibility study to determine the cost and most reasonable method of providing natural gas service in and around the communities of Paguate and Encinal in the pueblo of Laguna in Cibola county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
