Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 46, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subsection:

"PPP. to the New Mexico state fair for a multipurpose arena and related facilities on the state fairgrounds;".

2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

3. On page 9, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new subsections:

"UUUU. to the village of Angel Fire fire department for the acquisition of fire equipment; and

VVVV. to San Miguel county for a refinancing project;".

4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
