SENATE BILL 192, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendment 1.

2. On page 13, line 7, strike "have been" and insert in lieu thereof "will be".

3. On page 17, line 10, after the period insert closing quotation marks and strike lines 11 through 20.
