AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT TO DEVELOP A COMMUNITY BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of contracting to develop a community business and economic development plan for Mexican Springs in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
