has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, after "(1)" strike "a restricted" and insert in lieu thereof "an".

2. On page 5, line 22, after "school" insert ", who has had an instruction permit for at least six months".

3. On page 11, line 14, after "alcohol" insert "or drugs".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
