has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 17, after "court" insert "or metropolitan court".

2. On page 3, line 20, strike "fines and" and insert in lieu thereof "penalty assessment".

and further recommends that it now be referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
