has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike "at least thirty years of age,".

2. On page 2, line 19, after "than" insert "three nor less than".

3. On page 3, line 10, strike the first and second occurrences of "chairman" and insert in lieu thereof "chair" both times and on line 11, after "secretary" insert "-treasurer".
