AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR YOUTH, INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY COUNSELING IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing counseling services for youth, individuals and families in San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
